Bangkok-based private equity Lakeshore Capital has invested an undisclosed sum in PAÑPURI, a Thai wellness brand and producer of natural skincare, personal care and home ambience products
Founded in 2003, PAÑPURI operates a network of stores across major cities in Thailand and has opened its signature stores in Bangkok and Tokyo, including a luxury organic spa at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Bangkok.
Lakeshore said it sees significant opportunity in the health and beauty industry, especially for products with strong natural and organic orientations. “This investment will pave the way for PAÑPURI’s rapid growth, funding its further expansion into the wellness industry, as well as new marketing, R&D and product innovation initiatives,” it said.
